Rajneesh Singh, 45 years, is the Group Head Human Resources. He has around 21 years work experience in the field of Human Resources. He has varied experience spanning the Consulting, Manufacturing, Telecom, Hospitality & the FMCG industries. He has had stints with firms like Hindalco, Eicher, Hutchison Essar & Gillette. His core competencies lie in strategic HR with focus on culture building, team building, learning and employee engagement. In his last assignment with Gillette, he was in a regional role handling talent acquisition for the AMEE Asia regions.
He is a Post Graduate in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XISS, Ranchi.

25 years post qualification working experience in the corporate sector with companies such as L&T, RPG Group, BPL Mobile, Star, Maxis (Malaysia) and Bennett, Coleman (publishers of Times of India, Economic Times etc.). Of this, 13 years have been in the Telecom & Media sectors, providing functional and strategic leadership to the finance, commercial, legal & secretarial and IT functions.

Currently providing leadership to the Finance function in Mumbai International Airport Pvt Ltd (a GVK group venture with SA Consortium)
