1. What is the eligibility criterion?

Ans. Students with Pre University/ (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognized Board

2. Does the fee include the charges for books?

Ans. Study Material in the form of Self Instructional Material materials are provided by the university at no extra cost. These learning materials are designed to cover complete course content and ensure quality. Printed material is also designed to make the subject matter self-explanatory and easy to understand.

3. What is the procedure of taking the admission in the above prescribed courses?

4. Are class room sessions conducted during the program?

Ans. Online Classroom sessions in the form of Personal contact program (PCP) are conducted for a period of 270 hrs that spread across the program.

5. How can student attend the online Personal Contact Program (PCP) over internet?

Ans. Student can join the Online Personal Contact Program (PCP) over Internet from their home, office or any cyber cafe.

6. When are the annual & Supplementary examinations conducted?

Ans. The annual University Examinations will be held in the month of May / June for all the programmes. Supplementary examinations will be conducted in the month of December.

7. What is the criterion of the distribution of Marks?

Ans. Each subject consists of 100 marks with the following split:

• Assignment (weightage of 25%).
• Annual Examination (weightage of 75%)

8. What is the mode of exams and assignments?

Ans. As of now exams and assignments are off-line with subjective questions.

9. Is there any maximum time period allotted for the Validity of the program?

Ans. The Three-Year Program shall have to be completed within the time-frame of maximum 7 years provided the admission is taken to continue the program as per the policy of the University.

10. Are programs offered by AVAGMAH affiliated to any university?

Ans. AVAGMAH has entered into a technical collaboration with Annamalai University, to offer MBA & BBA degrees.

11. Is the Degree awarded by the university recognized for a Government job?

Ans. The degree awarded by Annamalai University is valid for all government jobs.
