About NexGen Managers

NexGen Managers program is a step-by-step guide to meeting the management challenges which managers face on a regular basis.

The NexGen Managers Program provides you with concepts and tools to make sense of your roles, manage and cultivate relationships, organize specific tasks required on the job, and work with your supervisors to excel in your role. This program is designed to help you realize immediate success.

The complete NexGen Managers module is spread across eight modules. The content is disseminated through classroom sessions, activities, practical advice, downloadable tools, and time-saving tips to ensure that you learn optimally, and implement it successfully at work. The content is based on the works of recognized experts in management development:

THE PROGRAM FEATURES:

• The NXGM Program is disseminated through a blended learning program. The classroom and activity sessions complement eLearning sessions.
• You are entitled to the online NXGM program content to revise, use the tools to record your learning.
• Recap and Review sessions are conducted during every subsequent facilitator-led session
• The NXGM Program is conducted by accredited facilitators.
• On successful completion of The NexGen Managers Program, you will be awarded a co-branded certificate from AVAGMAH and Harvard Business Publishing.

DURATION:
The complete NXGM Program is spread across eight sessions of four hours each, upto 2 sessions a day. Every session will exclusively focus on one topic of the program syllabus.

The participating managers will have access to the online NXGM content for a period of six months, which serves as a reference point to tackle work-related issues.
