Ans: The NexGen Managers program adopts the blended learning methodology. The program comprises of eight, 4-hour sessions, supplemented with eLearning modules.

2. How many hours of ILT classroom sessions are involved?
Ans: The program comprises of 32 hours. While the session duration etc. can be customized based on the customer’s requirement in a corporate program for the open program the session is spread across 4 days over a month.

3. What is the minimum batch size of a program?
Ans: 20 people

4. Can the corporate program be scheduled as per client’s requirement?
Ans: YES.

5. What is the total number of modules in the program?
Ans: 8 Modules.

6. How do I enroll for the program?
Ans: Download the application form available on the microsite: www.avagmah.com/NexGen, fill it up and send it to us along with a DD for Rs.19500/- % Plus tax. DD is payable to 24x7 Learning Private Limited.

7. Who will train us for the NexGen Managers Program?
Ans: Accredited Facilitators who have the experience and expertise in delivering this program will conduct the classroom sessions.

8. Will the participants be provided with the course materials?
Ans: Yes, participants will be provided with comprehensive course material, as well as online access to the eLearning modules for six months after the program.

10. Will there be an assessment?
Ans: YES, there will be an assessment after completion of each module.

11. Will the Participants get certified after the completion of the program?
Ans: YES. Every participant will get a co-branded certificate from Harvard Business Publishing and AVAGMAH after completion of the course.

12. Will there be any refund if the participant discontinues in-between the program?
Ans: NO.

13. Can the program be delivered completely online?
Ans: No. Each participant has to attend the recommended hours of ILT.

Ans: YES, only for corporate program. Open Programs will be conducted at prominent hotels in the heart of the city.
